You must not: • Use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform • Share your account credentials with others • Impersonate other people or entities
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MindGod is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
AI-Generated Content
MindGod uses AI to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice without consulting a qualified professional. MindGod makes no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses.
Intellectual Property
The MindGod platform, including its design, logo, and underlying technology, is owned by MindGod. You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant MindGod a non-exclusive license to process that content to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
MindGod is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindGod is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting admin@mindgod.ai.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
